Season III

First off, my sincerest apologies for getting this information to all of you so late into the season. There has just been so much going on with the holidays and the excitement of competing at such a high level.

Wolfs Percussion Theatre is returning for their 3rd season in FMA. They will, once again, be competing in the Open Class.

-Derrick Anderson has moved on to work with our sister program, The Titans Drum and Bugle Corp, as their Percussion Caption. We wish him and the Titans the best of luck. We have brought in Derricks younger brother, Andrew, to replace him
-Tyler Anderson has moved on to work with our Drum Corps, The Wolves Drum and Bugle Corp, to work as their Visual Coordinator. We have brought in one of our age-outs from last season, Trevor Wright, to replace him.

The Ensemble will be presenting their Season III Program: Wind
This 3 movement show focuses on the extremely unpredictable and powerful entity known as win. All of the music was written specifically for the percussion ensemble

Mvmt. III-Giant Hurricanes

Section Leaders:
Battery Captain-Alex Jones

Sadly two of our section leaders have aged out. Trevor Wright, our Battery Captain and Tenor Captain, aged out. We were fortunate to bring him on staff with us this season. Hawk Williams, our Bass Captain, also aged out. He has gone back to Tennessee to continue his studies as a Chemistry Major. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.

We are proud to now be returning to compete in FMA. We hope to compete on the highest level eventually and show that we are the best

A Wonderfully Shocking Turn of Events for WPT

For those who have been following this season, this news comes as no surprise. For those who have not been able to check the standings lately I have wonderful news. Ever since opening day Wolfs Percussion Theatre has been ranked in the top three of Open Class!! Not only that but the group has finished in first in all but one show this season!! This is an incredible turn of events. This past off-season the kids worked incredibly hard and that work has payed off now. At this rate they will finish the season wearing at least a Bronze Medal.
I am so incredibly proud of the kids and all of the work that they have done this season. This is a wonderful way to start off our third season in F.M.A.
